This must be a great phone. I say this because many people have been trying to get another one when theirs has problems. at&t warranty department does not have them any more and many customers are complaining because they want the same phone. Refurbished are still being sold for about $157. Comment like "i do not want to switch, I love this phone" can be heard echoing thru our store.
