Blackjack is a good 'general consumer' pda and phone. It is not for the high use business professional. I found the keyboard difficult to use and the fact that it does not have a touch screen made it difficult for me to use. Samsung is producting great products these days so I hope that their next pda phone has some improvements. Windows Mobile 5 is intuitive even though I was a palm user for many years. I like this phone if you are not a heavy user of business applications like Word or Excel.

The Samsung Blackjack is one of the few Windows Mobile devices that I've actually liked and would recommend. My major complaints with it as device are (1) poor battery life; and (2) the fact it has proprietary headphone and PC cable connections. Other wise it's fairly impressive.
