| More complaints are being issued from customers who say "i loved cingular, now that at&t is involved I drop calls all the time". I am sorry to say that this is not true. Cingular bought AT&T back in 2004, if at&t was the cause of service problems the complaints would have started back then. I do admit that conversion of towers is in process and takes some time. Towers are being adapted to combine both at&t and cingular technology and to add 3G compatability. Give us some time and the end result will be a company superior to all the others. |

| I had Cingular and it dropped my calls a lot before it was AT&T. I don't think that the switch to AT&T has affected that. I still have the same problems. I hope you are right, and I look forward to the improvement. |
